In addition to creating award-winning celebrity looks for popular TV shows, Jerilynn has authored an amazing book all about co-creating your goals and dreams: The 5 F Words to Manifesting Your Life. She’s also a self-image coach, public speaker, and writes a very personal and empowering blog.

The Series Regulars was very excited to connect with Jerilynn Stephens, the hair department head for NBC’s The Voice and HBO Max’s Legendary; She and her team were nominated for both shows in the Variety Hairstyling category (she’s had 10 Emmy noms to date!) Her accomplishments speak for themselves and if you’ve seen either of these shows, you know just how amazing she is at her job–some of the looks in Legendary are EPIC!

Hi Jerilynn, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Happiness. If I am happy doing what I love, then I am successful. Throughout my life, I have tried different avenues in the beauty industry and outside it. I always come back to making people feel comfortable and beautiful for the camera. I have been in the film industry for 18 years.
